โครงการการแลกเปลี่ยนด้านวัฒนธรรมระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกาฬสินธุ์และมหาวิทยาลัยภาษาศาสตร์เหว้ วันที่ 21 มกราคม 2562 คณะตัวแทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยกาฬสินธุ์ นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คมสันทิ์ ขจรปัญญาไพศาล รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษา ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศาตรา สหัสทัศน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และศูนย์ภาษา ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์นฤชิต แสนปากดี คณบดีคณะศิลปะศาสตร์ ดร.นวลใจ โคตรแสง คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีสุขภาพ พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรและนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยกาฬสินธุ์ได้เข้าพบ Dr.Bao Kam, Rector ของมหาวิทยาลัยภาษาศาสตร์เหว้ เพื่อหารือเรื่องการยกระดับความร่วมมือทางวิชาการของสองมหาวิทยาลัยจากการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมสู่การแลกเปลี่ยนด้านวิชาการ การโอนหน่วยกิต และการทำหลักสูตรร่วม นอกจากนั้น นักศึกษาของทั้งสองได้ร่วมกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนด้านวัฒนธรรมกับมหาวิทยาลัยภาษาศาสตร์เหว้ในตอนเย็นของวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2562 อย่างสนุกสนานอีกด้วย The Cultural Students Exchange Program between Kalasin University and Hue University of Foreign Languages On January 21st, 2019, the delegates from Kalasin University leading by Asst.Prof.Dr.KOMSAN KHAJHORNPANYAPAISAN, the Vice-President of Students Development Affairs, Asst.Prof.Dr.SATTRA SAHATSATHATSANA, the Assistant President of International Cooperation and Languages Center, Asst. Prof.NARUECHIT SAENPAKDEE, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Dr.NUANCHAI KHOTSAENG, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Health Technology, and staff and students of Kalasin University visited Hue University of Foreign Languages to attend the cultural exchange program. Besides, the administrator of Kalsin University attended the meeting with Dr.Bao Kam, Rector, and staff of Hue University of Foreign Languages for discussing about the improvement of cooperation from cultural exchange to academic exchange in terms of credit transfer and dual degree program. In the evening of January 21st, 2010, the students from both universities also attended the Cultural Exchange and joyfully performed the traditional performance together.
